Q. An item I like is out of stock or no longer on the website, will you be getting any more in? A. I tend to create limited numbers of each item to keep the store fresh and unique. If you would like further information about a specific item on the site, please e-mail me with the name of the item you are interested in as the subject of the e-mail. I will then get back to you with any information about the product. Unfortunately some items may be discontinued and removed from the site altogether, so it's advisable that you to get your order in as soon as possible if you see something you like, to avoid any disappointment. Q. Do you have a catalogue? A. No, Cute Culture Clothing does not print a catalogue. I'm always coming up with ideas for new products, so items are added to the site on a regular basis. Keep visiting the site to stay updated with all the latest products, or join the mailing list to be notified of new goodies when they're added. You could also win a free t-shirt by joining.   Q. I'm new to online shopping, how do I order?
A. Either view the shop categories which are listed down the left hand side, or select the 'view all products' link. Browse the items and click on the 'view product details' link next to anything you wish to view further details about or click the pictures next to a listing to view larger product images. Choose the design, size or colour required and click 'add to cart'. You can view your cart by clicking the 'show cart' link in the navigation on the left hand side of the page. When you have added your desired items click on the 'checkout' link to proceed to payment.
UK customers: If you live in the UK and don't wish to pay online you can also order by e-mailing me at

Please Note: There is a minimum spend amount of £5 at our store. If the items in your cart total less than £5 you will not be able to proceed to the checkout.
Back to top   Q. What currency do you use? A. We are a UK based company and therefore all our prices are in Pounds Sterling. If you wish to view the prices in a different currency you can find it in the drop down list on the left hand side navigation and click the 'change currency' button. If your currency is not listed on there, you can check it on a conversion site such as this one.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. Cute Culture Clothing's preferred method of payment is online, which will be through Paypal. Paypal accepts any of the following:  You don't need to have an account with Paypal to pay online, you can use Paypal's secure server to send the payment via credit card/switch or debit card. You will get this option upon ordering.
For your piece of mind & as mentioned in our privacy policy, your personal bank details are never viewed. I will only see your e-mail, name, order number & shipping address.
Q. I don't have Paypal or a credit/debit card, can I still buy from you? A. Yes. I understand not everyone has a Paypal account or a credit/debit card so UK customers may also pay by cheque, postal order or cash (recommended to be sent by recorded delivery), but be aware there is the possibility of them going missing in the post so do this at your own discretion. Cute Culture Clothing is not responsible for any payment that goes missing in the post. Make sure you obtain proof of postage, it's free & prooves you posted the item! Payment by post is best sent by recorded delivery. It costs slightly more but will be sent quicker and will need to be signed for, so you know it will reach us. Q. I'm worried about buying online, how secure is the web store? A. The store uses PayPal for payments, which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. We have made every effort to keep these costs to a minimum. We only charge the neccessary costs for these services and do not make any profit from the cost of shipping.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. All orders are aimed to be dispatched to you within 1-3 working days & at busy periods such as holidays 5-7 working days. There will be a delay in order processing at weekends and on bank holidays/major holidays, due to post office closures, postal delivery schedules etc.
UK Orders should arrive to you 1-2 days after being dispatched but please allow up to 10 days. EUROPE Most European countries should recieve their orders within 7-14 days. INTERNATIONAL International orders are usually fairly quick but please allow 14-28 days.
If the item is listed as out of stock you can select 'notify me' on the item listing to be e-mailed as soon as the product is re-listed.
Note: Cute Culture Clothing obtains proof of postage for every item despatched. You are responsible for supplying Cute Culture Clothing with the correct address/information for your order. Cute Culture Clothing will use information as it is supplied.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt. When your return has been processed you will be informed by e-mail.
Items paid for online through the web store using Paypal (all international orders!) will obviously be refunded quicker than items that were paid for offline by cash, cheque or postal order (only UK customers can pay using these methods), which will be refunded in the same way the item was originally purchased in.
If you want to return an item for a refund or an exchange, please download this returns form, fill it in and post it back, along with the item(s), to the address given on the form. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your instructions. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable as postage has already been paid for. We do not make a profit from the cost of postage.
If you are returning an item for an exchange you must pay the P&P costs of returning the item & the correct amount to cover the postage costs of sending the exchanged item back to you* (see P&P pricing guide for postage prices) You can pay this by Paypal, cheque, postal order or (concealed) cash. *This does not apply if a mistake has been made on our part (see below for info on returning faulty items).
When returning an item to us for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend you choose a postage method which insures you for the value of the goods. Also, remember to obtain proof of postage, it's free & prooves you posted the item.
Items cannot be exchanged for a different product. If you want a different item you will need to go through the refunds process & then place a new order.
The item(s) must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation & with original tags still attached within 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for International customers. Items that are returned after these time periods will not be refunded & will be posted back to you at your cost.
Please ensure that you don't wear deodorant, perfume, make-up or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on items. If the item is not in a saleable condition when returned your refund or swap will not be granted & the item will be posted back to you at your cost.
Note: Please ensure that you are happy with your order before you pay for it to avoid any extra postage costs, time etc. Also, when ordering a t-shirt, please be sure about the size that you are ordering. A size guide is available to assist you in choosing the correct size when buying, so please ensure that you read it carefully.
FAULTY ITEMS I take great care to hand pick and check every item before it is sent out, but unfortunately mistakes can sometimes happen. If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered then please contact me with your name, address, order number and a description of the problem. I will then contact you with details on how to proceed with the return.

Gift coupons are available in different amounts to suit your budget and can be purchased for friends or relatives, enabling the recipient to buy any item available on cutecultureclothing.co.uk without having to spend a thing! (providing their chosen item isn't greater than the value redeemable on the coupon).
To purchase a coupon, visit the Gift Coupons page, where you can choose from different amounts and methods of delivery. Delivery is free on gift coupons to anywhere in the world!
Q. How do I use my gift coupon? A. You must have a Cute Culture Clothing customer account to spend your gift coupon. If you don’t already have an account you will be prompted to open one (it only takes a minute and enables you to shop and track your orders).
To redeem a gift coupon simply find the 10 digit claim code on the e-mail or paper gift certificate you received and enter it into the box on the "view cart" page (demonstrated by the image below), then click the submit button.

The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the value of goods in your cart. If your order total is more than your gift certificate funds, you'll need to pay for the rest with a card through Paypal. Gift coupons can only be used for the purchase of products on cutecultureclothing.co.uk. They have no cash redemption value and are non-refundable. Back to top
