These terms and conditions do not affect your statuatory rights as a consumer. These T&C's shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Pricing The price for the goods you order is stated clearly on our web store. VAT is included in all prices. We may change the price of goods at any time before you send us your order. Delivery is charged extra at the rate specified when you place your order. You can view a postage guide on our FAQ page. Product Information We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site & web store. However, colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen, due to your monitor display settings etc. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of sizing information given for all products. We make every effort to ensure that all descriptions and prices of products appearing on the web site & web store are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered. Purchase of Products We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of a purchase may result for example where product information has been mis-published, including prices or promotions. If for any reason the item you have ordered is out of stock by the time it is processed, I shall personally e-mail you to inform you and give you an estimated delivery time or the option to swap or cancel your order. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges, in order for local authorities to release the goods. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations customers have the right to cancel their order and obtain a full refund. This excludes sale items. All order cancellations must be sent in writing. You can either contact us via the contact page on this website or write to the address given on the returns form included with your order within 7 days. Quote your name, address and order number. Once the order has been cancelled all goods should immediately be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note when returning an item to us, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend that you choose a postage method which insures you for the value of the goods & obtain proof of postage.
